1. The available 'trolley' service to Manhattan Beach and other nearby towns was very nice, since we didn't have a rental car, and since there isn't much within walking distance of the hotel - just a Taco Bell and a Denny's.

3. There is a subway and a Denny's but nothing else (I mean nothing else) within walking distance, and if you are getting discount conference parking in the structure you won't want to move your car.

9. I did not meet Cliff wish I had as there did not appear to be a restaurant within walking distance except the Taco Bell across the street, so I just got room service (which was great.
