1. Except Jennifer the night manager, Sonny the engineer and another lady/girl at the front desk in the morning, everyone else demonstrate a less than satisfactory service.

2. As for the Westin LAX, unless you enjoy being treated like the meat in a sausage machine by uncaring duty managers, and constantly deprived of sleep, you may want to avoid it.
