1. The lobby is beautiful, and valet/bellhop were very friendly.

2. The valets were helpful when it came to giving us directions when we went off property, and the hotel's shuttle driver looked out for us as if we were part of his family, giving us advice on where to go and where not to go.

6. I will say this, their valet team was proably the most helpful of any we have used offering directions etc. Rooms were good not as nice as the Dallas location.
