1. 1) The drain in the tub/shower doesn't drain like it is supposed to, so if you take a shower you're standing in at least 6 inches of water & 2) There is a huge opening under the room door so you can here the slightest noise coming from the hallway, such as slamming doors & noisy people.

2. The rooms were dated, not modern, the tub didn't drain well, need a manual to figure out the shower knobs- I wasn't as impressed as I wanted to be.
