I am a coaches wife and we travel on a regular basis, I was a little dissapointed at first at the lack of concierge staff at this particular hotel as we travel with our children and I am always trying to find things to keep me and the kids occupied while my husband is away at meetings etc.Dissapointment didnt last long after speaking with Stevie at the front desk.
