1. All that said, it is very close to lots of downtown amenities, good access to the motorways and over all the staff seemed polite, helpful and friendly.

6. Negatives are that the rooms are very shopworn and threadbare, containing few amenities or modern appliances; deficiencies including a small TV visible only from one part of the room and no minibar.
