1. In five years when our group will have another large reunion, we will likely look far and wide to find another location, especially if this woman is still hired as the event planner.

4. This hotel has a great location & I usually love the Hilton properties; but this hotel falls so very short of the Hilton Family Brand Standards that I would prefer to stay in a ** Hotel than this Hilton.

8. This is a great, clean hotel with a beautiful location on the lake, and directly across the street from the Johnson Space Center, but the poor customer service completely ruined it for us.
