6. I've always thought Hilton Hotels were a cut above, but when I left two new sweaters behind in my room after a long week of work, the manager made sure they were sent home to me, no charge.

7. We called the person that was left in charge, he came to see what the problem was, was explained to him, and my husband demanded to see the manager; no one ever came up to see what the problem was.
