2. When I asked if there was a valet and was told 'no', I then asked is this a policy now of the Crowne Plaza nationally because this is the second time recently I stayed at a Crowne Plaza and there is no valet.

3. I was told that it depends on the property, that this one is used primarily by older business men and they apparently don't require a valet.
