7. I questioned momentarily, the fact that I was given a lobby floor room and quickly noticed the handicapped bars in the bathroom, figuring I was given a handicapped equipped room, I also noticed the hangars in the closet were set low for wheelchair equipped persons.

9. Worst of all, the water glasses in the bathroom were visibly dirty (I was to tired to complain and ended up taking the $4 bottled water instead).
