1. Upon presentation of my Priority Club Membership Card, we were placed on the 7th floor in a beautiful room with comfortable beds, a very clean and sparkling bath room with a big supply of fresh towels and incidentals.

4. When I make a reservation for four there could be four towels and amenities for four - it never fails that I have to call down to get enough soap, shampoo, conditioner and towels for four people.
