2. We were attending a marriage encounter weekend, the room was very nice and very clean, we did have our meetings in the lonestar Salon, service staff was great.

3. I did not partake of room service but I saw that trays were picked up rather quickly in the halls, so the Room Service staff is efficient and on top of their retrievals.

On the way back the morning driver was a Jamaican chap who i remembered from a year ago when he was the driver at the Hyatt Place, he said the working atmosphere and conditions at the Crowne were far better, nice to hear staff reactions to their place of work and he was certainly positive about it.
