1. This is a big busy conference hotel, but has excellent customer service throughout the hotel including the front desk staff, valet, Hilton honors lounge, and cleaning folks.

Get to know Herman, Brian, and the managers at the Cafe - the food is great, especially the buffet breakfast which includes an omelet bar, several hot entrees, fresh fruit, etc. The bell staff, shuttle drivers, and valets are all delightfully helpful - give them a quick heads up for a ride, directions, or anything you might need around town.
