1. So, we never were able to enjoy the pool or spa, BIG let down.

The location is great, with the park right out front and convention centers, restaurants and bars within walking distance, and the hotel building itself is beautiful and has nice amenities such as the pool (although it'd be nice if the pool were outdoors) and gym (the spa seems nice as well but the services do come at a fee and I did not use them during my stay).

10. My biggest complaint was the number of children in the pool at 9pm, I was really looking forward to relaxing in the indoor pool and spa, fat chance - there were 10+ kids in the pool and spa and they remained there until it closed at 10pm.
