I was only on the elevator about 30 seconds and was getting ready to go to the front desk to get a new key when a

stepped on the elevator and asked if I needed assistance.

This was not acceptable so they pass me to the

who tells me that he would have to move things around and since they are fully book could not guarantee that I would get my room.
