4. The building itself is gorgeous, and the front desk staff was very helpful (I was staying on a Friends & Family rate, but they treated me as if I was paying a full rate, which would have been $250+ per night).

5. I was only on the elevator about 30 seconds and was getting ready to go to the front desk to get a new key when a manager stepped on the elevator and asked if I needed assistance.
