1. The staff was great, the valets greeted us as we pulled up, very pleasant (after I was stressed trying to find the hotel with some streets blocked off for a race) and we opted to self park in a garage across the street and down an alley from the hotel for $9 instead of the valet cost of $20.

10. On top of that, they had a great/friendly staff that took their time in making my stay pleasurable!(Valet, security officer, check in attendant, etc.) MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE THING WAS THE WI-FI.
