4. I had arrived at the hotel on the 24th but the desk agent was trying to charge me for the 23rd for parking.

5. When we arrived, we could not find the hotel parking garage, so we had to park under Tower Place Mall, which isn`t far, but it is just around the block.

7. The place does have its odd aspects a) the lobby is on the 8th floor (1 is retail, 2-7 parking) b) the 'double' beds in the Euro-suite are more like over-sized singles, c) the sinks and counters in the bathroom are a bit lower than usual.
