1. No maid service for 2 days, called front desk and after they acknowledged the fact they asked what we needed, and brought up towels, emptied the trash and gave us coffee packets.

2. The carpet was not vacuumed when I arrived as evidenced by the crumbs from God only knows how many previous guests, and the maid service didn`t vacuum during my stay either.
