1. However, the front desk staff was friendly, although the bus boy and other workers were hanging in the lobby, sitting and talking and could have cared less about the guests.

3. The staff was great, the valets greeted us as we pulled up, very pleasant (after I was stressed trying to find the hotel with some streets blocked off for a race) and we opted to self park in a garage across the street and down an alley from the hotel for $9 instead of the valet cost of $20.
