1. My husband, my daughter and I were in a room on the 17th floor, the two double beds were actually 2 twin beds that didn`t have fitted sheets, they had a flat sheet pulled over the bed horizontally so the bare mattress was exposed - GROSS.

3. Sheets are old - rat bites in sheets; carpet needs to be replaced throughout entire building; old ceilings; funny smell; rusted bathtubs; Please beware.

As many reviewers have described, it was renovated in the 80s, but not touched since: moldy showers, threadbare sheets, cigarette burns in the bedspreads (and the lingering stench of stale menthol cigarette smoke, even though the rooms were `non-smoking`, peeling wallpaper, filthy in-room carpets, bubbling hallway carpets.
