2. When a challenge came up with my room (bed was different than what was requested) they were quick to respond and took care of it.

3. The carpet in my room was stained and dirty- My room smelled like smoke, the comforter had burn holes in it- The king sized bed was more like 2 full sized mattresses put together-Lumpy.

8. The hallway carpets mound up so be careful you don`t trip, the shower dripped and was chipped and rusted, the rooms are very small and the european twin beds mean you must snuggle if you want to sleep two to a bed.

9. Our room was about 25 feet from the large bank of elevators, but you would have thought our bed was actually IN the elevator shaft.

10. My husband, my daughter and I were in a room on the 17th floor, the two double beds were actually 2 twin beds that didn`t have fitted sheets, they had a flat sheet pulled over the bed horizontally so the bare mattress was exposed - GROSS.
