6. Offering me 'Free WiFi in all common areas' isn't really an offer, since I was in meetings all day, out with clients in the evening and usually not able to get to my laptop until 11 p.m. I'm not really interested in sitting in the lobby at that time of night, checking my email.

8. There are lots of add-on charges - wireless internet service is 18.95 per day, they charge for local calls, parking was $20.
