2. The downside is that there is no free internet in the room and the parking fee was $18 per night which I think is too high and the state tax and tourism tax combined is over 15%.

5. The restaurant closed from 2 till 5:30 with a 7:30 game so the only food available were 5 items from the bar / 6 items from room service (if you were willing to pay $6 delivery fee plus 21% service+tax - twice what I paid at the Sheraton Charlotte the previous night).
