1. The staff member rudely insisted that 'I must not have stayed Downtown' and said that the cost was reasonable because I was traveling with others and could split it.

5. Cost for one person one night was significantly higher than I expected, and I am guessing it was due to the event, or being across from the University and Health Complex.

7. The only complaint I have about my stay is the cost of the internet for a night at $12.95 which is think is a rip-off when many other hotels offer it for free.

8. The only downsides: breakfast not included, and wifi only at extra cost (though in my part of the hotel there were several free wifi connections available from neighbouring buildings).
