1. Finally when my Bro was taken Ill - the front desk and concierge were outstanding in helping us get sorted, Hospitals, missed flights, extra nights in the room added to the mix.

7. we get there at midnight and the concierge does not mention a thing to us, just welcomes us, acts friendly, gives us the keys and when we go up in the room, we find out it is a single room with 2 double beds (not even Queen).
