1. They have a great staff that are always cheerful and helpful, a bar and dining area that has good food as well as a friendly staff, and they have a fabulous breakfast buffet where the server we had the first day was so helpful and efficient that we requested her station each morning for our entire stay.

3. It was nice to have a fridge in the room and we had complimentary continental breakfast vouchers which we redeemed for coffee and pastries at the Starbucks attached to the hotel.

4. Breakfast was good, although I might have been unhappy if I had had to pay $21 for the buffet.

5. Only strangeness is the change in the breakfast offering policy for HH members - HH guests used to be welcome to the breakfast buffet, but now are restricted to the 'Continental' items - which are somewhat sparse.

6. Other than this breakfast policy oddity, recommend this property for price and location.

7. The guy making the omelets was really lovely, as was the very helpful waiter on our first morning at breakfast and the girl on the desk that helped us with the safe system.

9. We had a room overlooking Wahsington Street (despite on my original booking I had requested a high floor quiet room, we ended up on the 2nd floor) and we did experience some noise but mainly from the ambulance sirens for the hospital opposite but it didn't usually go on very late, the noise in the hotel was nil and we never heard anyone in the corridors etc.The staff at this hotel are pleasant and friendly and offer helpful advice etc. We didn't eat breakfast as we were put off with the extortionate prices and there are loads of alternatives from fast food outlets or pastry places to pick up a more than adequate breakfast.

10. Breakfast buffet was very good, but a bit expensive at $20.
