7. The hotel provides free wifi at the lobby area, otherwise its 9.99USD per 24 hours and they charge by IP Address, which i thought is ridiculous.

10. Lesser hotels all over the country offer internet/WiFi for free; it's time for the Doubletree (and the Boston Four Seasons, for heaven's sake) to do the same.
