When I complained about the parking fee, the first response of the duty
manager
was an attemp to intimidate by telling me that they had my license number and could find my room number, and that I was under video surveillance .

On our check out day we mentioned the bug bites and were enthusiastically assured by the young receptionist at the front desk that a

This hotel is doing something very right and I applaud the General
Manager
of this property for giving some leeway to the staff to offer the little extras that make the guest feel important and welcome.
