7. Front desk help was extremely pleasant and helpful when presented with a tired traveler made crankier by the extra 15 minute drive resulting from the combo of poor GPS instructions and the hotel's weird, hard-to-access, easy-to-miss location.

9. And when we were ready to leave the hotel to head home, there was no coffee availabe in the lobby at that time, but the nice ladies at the front desk ran in the back and brewed up a new pot for us and packed it in go-cups for our drive.
