1. For the costs in Boston, I thought this was a great inexpensive place to stay.

4. I know Boston hotels are expensive, but what with parking and WiFi costs, no breakfast included, the distance from neighborhoods and the T, I wound up wishing I had gone with a B & B more in the heart of things.

8. The room rate was ok, but it's due to the conference I was attending was given a discount for a block of rooms; I believe the normal rate would have cost me up to $80 or more a night.

10. The hotel was not close to anything, the T (subway) was about 1 mile away and to take a cab to get to the T costs about 7dollars.
