3. It does cost $44 per night for parking though, but I've paid that in NYC for only a few hours, so I guess it isn't that bad for a big city.

4. Not much on the downside other than parking is valet at $40 per day, the bathrooms need a little better lighting, and the bell men will not let you use luggage carts to take your own luggage out to your vehicle.
