1. The only downside would be the WiFi - $12.95 for 24/hrs and it's beyond slow (to the point where it wasn't even working at times) - however, the hotel was nice enough to reverse the charge on my credit card.

7. I loved my stay at the Westin-I also requested and received for no charge a mini personal refrigerator so we stowed some drinks in there-staff was accomodating, friendly-thumbs up Westin-And what a fantastic location-hard to beat-.
