1. Valet parking is expensive but we were using our car multiple times throughout our stay and were willing to pay the $46/day fee for the convenience of coming and going.

5. I would imagine business traveler they are use to a wifi fee & the rest of us can take a quick trip down to the lobby for a little free wifi.

6. I do have issues with the cost of the hotel food, parking and internet fees (Prudential offers free wifi though), and although prices are about the same in other hotels nearby, I guess I was expecting more from this hotel.

7. The location is very convenient to everything - public transportation, restaurants, shopping, etc. The only small complain is they charge $10 fee for internet connection in your room, but it's free if you are in the lobby area which is a little inconvenient.

8. As a Starwoods Preferred guest, instead of being extended a late check out, we were told that this would now be a fee of $25 per hour.

10. I questioned the hotel manager about it who kindly removed all mini bar charges but he said the admin fee is to pay for the staff to replenish it but they already get paid an hourly rate and it is just another sneaky excuse of squeezing more from your pocket.
