1. I used the swimming pool but didn't like it, it's a horrid shape and seems full with more than two people, my husband used the gym and was happy with it.

10. This is my preferred hotel in Boston for business trips: 1) Large, beautiful and new rooms2) Very good gym - even recently renovated too3) Fantastic bedsSo, the 'hard product' is great but I still feel after all these stays, there is a lot to be improved on the front desk.
