2. This hotel is within walking distance of all the areas we wished to see (Boston Commons, the Freedom Trail, Quincy Market, the North End, a variety of restaurants, even a nearby movie theater) and also a five minute walk to the Arlington 'T' Station on the Green Line.

6. We were too tired to explore the location on the night we arrived, but it was nice to have a walk along the park and of course was so close to the hertz rental garage that it made the start of the onward journey so simple.

9. Right across the street is a food court, with a Starbucks, Dunkin' Donuts, and a few other places to grab a quick bite, but there are also nicer restaurants within walking distance.

10. Very close to Boston Common, and within walking distance to all major attractions, including the Freedom Trail, North End, Quincy Market, etc. Fenway could be walked to, but it was only two stops on the T.
