1. The concierge (Sargent?) was very helpful and provided us with detailed instructions on public transportation to the arboretum - a great place to visit away from the city.

6. The concierge especially was incredibly helpful, checking for us if attractions were open or not and organising transport etc. The hotel is also well positioned for walking to all areas of the city and we found walking easy as the whole place has a 'safe' relexed feeling.
