7. Management needs to put in a service elevator as clearly a major part of the problem was room service and housekeeping taking up a huge amount of space in the elevators.

8. There's a swimming pool on the mezzanine (on top of the car park) leading onto a roof bar area (unstaffed, you need to phone for service and then it's charged at Room Service rates).
