1. Due to the hotel's wonderful location, I found the room rate very reasonable compared to other hotels in this area.

2. The rate was excellent, the room was very clean and spacious, two televisions, comfy bed, nice bathroom with shower (no bath), staff were very helpful as we needed to quickly drop off our bags and return our rental car.
