1. Otherwise, there is no external noise or sound from the street and the rooms are quiet enough for me to sleep.

3. The location is great - walking distance to the 2 big shopping/restaurant streets of Newbury and Boylston, and if you continue left out the door on Stuart, you can also reach the luxury shopping mall Copley Place and the Prudential Shopping Centre.
