1. It also has the advantage of being close to Chinatown (good food), the Boston Commons, Downtown Crossing and Newbury Street (good shopping), the theater district, and the T's Green Line.

3. I could occasionally hear honking or loud honks from the street below (we were on the 10th floor) and last night, I could distantly hear a drunk man bellowing (Friday night in downtown Boston - big surprise), but for the most part it was very quiet.
