The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful whether it was a request and assistance with luggage, general questions about the area, getting a bottle opener, food, beverage, room service, light cheese on your pizza, prompt valet parking, concierge service, directions, local attractions, bar and accommodations.

5. Valet parking was usually good ($30/night during the boat show even if a hotel guest) but an issue is that the hotel is too far to be a comfortable walk from the restaurants farther south and taxi or car travel at night is a stressful experience due to traffic.
