The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful whether it was a request and assistance with luggage, general questions about the area, getting a bottle opener, food, beverage, room service, light cheese on your pizza, prompt valet parking, concierge service, directions, local attractions, bar and accommodations.

Electrical outlet didn't work in bathroom, upgraded to a room that overlooked the street, drinks at the pool were $12, elevator safety certificate expired over 1 month ago, no offer to help with baggage even though a bellman walked by while I was trying to get my bag up the stairs in the lobby, poor beach for walking, no room service for breakfast, platinum starwood member so it was nice that I did receive a bottle of wine as a welcome aminity, no one inquired about how my stay was when I checked out.
