1. I am a business traveler and have seen MANY different rooms throughout my travels - - If you want a great room for the money, beautiful ground/pool/beach, and a very courteous staff, then you will not be disappointed.

9. We asked the Manager--Erick somebody, to rewind the video tape to show where my fiance counted out the money in little piles and she said NO.

10. We never got our money back or a nee pizza and the next day were treated to a complimentary lunch after I made a huge fuss about the hotel not warning you of these bogus companies who change their phone numbers every week so that the police cannot track them down.
