2. The only real complaint we had was the outrageous parking fees but it is Miami Beach.

3. The only 2 things that were disturbing were the the thin walls (better use oropax) and the high parking fee of 25$ a day (but I was told, that it is more expensive to park somewhere else).

I get a phone call on my cell phone at the airport from the concierge claiming that he needs $30 cash for UPS to come and pick up the packages, and that they only take cash or money order and won't pick up the packages without it, and that they can't just bill my UPS account any fees associated with pickup.

5. But it was alright because we were able to take a cab for a small fee of about $7 bucks, so it wasn't too bad.

6. Rather than offering to refund the fee we had paid or reimburse us for the change fees we incurred through the airline, he offered us a complimentary two night stay.
