3. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to the party goer, it's a kind of a hassle to go to South beach for drinks & the beach during the day, go back to the hotel to get dressed for a party, then go back to south beach for the party then BACK to the hotel to sleep.

9. Perfect location by the beach and also very easy to travel from Hotel to Local destinations (5 mins drive to main Interstate road, ideal for visiting other places than South Beach)Would recommend to everybody that would enjoy not only the beach in Miami but also other local places.
