1. I had breakfast and lunch at the Excalibur and it was low quality, but went to the Luxor for dinner which seemed a little better.

2. The Excalibur room was clean and comfortable; the hotel had many eating estabilshments (We loved the Tournament of Kings dinner show), and it's location made the rest of Las Vegas quite accessible.

4. I stayed here in June 2011It is a good hotel, slightly dated in the main areas but we stayed in one the widescreen rooms which was newly re-furbished and right by the pool, the room was massive and overlooked the swimming pool area although we were too high up to hear any noise from it and I was really impressed with the roomThe pool are was nice and we never had a problem getting sunbeds, we generally went out and about in the mornings headed to the pool for the afternoon for some R & R before heading out in the eveningsWe had dinner at Dick's last resort, great laugh and I recommend to anyone who stays in the hotel, just becareful with some of the waiter if there are large groups of girls/women they pay more attention to them than anyone else having said that we had a good time and a great laugh The location on the hotel is great right next door to new york new york and MGM bit of a walk down to the other end of the strip but we didn't mind that too much.

6. The only thing to watch out for here (and every other hotel) is the time share guys who promise free tickets to show, etc. My wife wanted to go-- and we were told 2 hrs-- well 6 hrs later and alot of pressure sales we left without buying and had a nice dinner on them.
