5. The hotel was nice room was beautiful offered us an upgrade free upon check in.

6. On check in we were upgraded to tower 2 on the 23rd floor the room was clean and the bed very comfortable we took a kettle which was a huge bonus to us we had clean towels every day and plenty of bottles of shower gel shampoo and body lotion.

7. When we arrived to check in, we were unable to find anyone to help us, and finally figured out what to do by speaking with other frustrated customers (we were blatantly ignored by more than one employee).
