9. Although we were upgraded to a widescreen room free of charge, there were some glaring maintenance problems: a) no thermostat for the AC b) the blinds did not work c) 3 bulbs were burnt out We called maintenance immediately to rectify these issues, and the bulbs were replaced immediately.

10. The location of the Excalibur is superb, you have access to the Luxor and Mandalay Bay via Interlinking walkways or if you're feeling lazy you can take the tram which is free of charge.
