1. The Excalibur was a good stay for us, easy and fast check in and checkout.

2. The check-in line was long, but moved quick, and the on-TV checkout was not working, but the woman who answered my phone call was super friendly and helped me out very quickly.

4. Paid for late checkout but after returning from lunch to claim our bags and head to the taxi stand we found we had been locked out Security was helpful and got us back in the room and the desk clerk removed the fee we paid for late check out he was also the nicest hotel person besides the seurity we spoke to during our four day stay.

5. The bathroom was clean, but you could tell there had been some repairs made to the walls, etc.Checkout was very accommodating as well as my friend and I needed to split the bill and they were very willing and very nice about that.
